This piece was a meditative act of stringing my custom-made, jade-pendant-shaped ice cubes made of rainwater, tying knots, and having them melt down my arms, falling back into the soil. The ice melting quite quickly, the knots left in the string are the markers of the ice being there, if only for a moment.
