​When I look up in my room and it is dark outside but still there are shadows,  2019, silk, polyester stuffing, dimensions variable.

Shapes of shadows from my bedroom at night, sewn into pillows. The fabric has a dusty iridescence to it, as orange is the cross weave to the purple, a hidden brightness.
